LivingValues programs are intended to kindle the goodness (humaneness) that is already there in each of us. The emphasis is on appreciating and accentuating the positives and positivity. The subject matter is related with our daily life and how one could face real-life issues through goodness, values and love. It is beyond concepts, theories and dogmas. The approach is therefore universal – beyond religion, faiths, beliefs, caste, creed, language, nationality and the like.

JoyClub program is conducted in class room environments in Schools for students in standards 7 to 12. Scheduled at 1 session every 2 weeks, up to 15 sessions are conducted in a year for each class, covering topics that are relevant and related with day-to-day life. A student starting from standard 7 would therefore undergo up to 60 sessions over a 4-year period (up to standard 10), or up to 90 sessions over a 6-year period (up to standard 12), as the case may be.

These programs give them a chance to kindle the goodness that is already in them, share their views and opinions freely without being judged or evaluated, and find their own co-ordinates in the Values space.

The journey helps students to develop outer productive efficiency (academic excellence) along with inner character efficiency (human values).
