The vision of VSET ‘Together for a joyful world’ and the mission ‘to create an awareness of one’s inter-connectedness with society and nature, and kindling humanness through sustained interactions for a joyous life’ gets translated into reality through its programs. The VSET programs are the crux or the essence of VSET.

VSET has structured programs based on the participating segment to ensure joyous interactions and self-experiential learning. Every program is as unique as every participant is and tries to kindle the humaneness in each one of them through its interactive sessions. Although the main focus is on the student segment, VSET acknowledges the fact that parents and teachers not only contribute vastly in a child’s life, but are also themselves instrumental in bringing about a change in the society. Therefore, concentrated programs for teachers and parents too are done too are done so that a student’s life can be impacted in all spheres of his life. Programs are also done for volunteers who actively participate in disseminating the VSET theme in any manner. The facilitators, who are the means to the end, that is the VSET vision, have a specially designed program to understand the methodology and get kindled themselves so that they may bring out the goodness in others as well.

VSET has tried to bring in the dimension of love, creativity and freedom in every aspect. The whole exercise is wholly and solely aimed at ensuring that every person can live in a world wherein there is quality care and concern for all, one can be creative in his own unique way and wherein one can express himself freely.
