VSET adopts various strategies for implementing its programs. However, the central theme is the same. The various strategies adopted namely, On-field, Outreach, Adaptation and Volunteer enables people from different parts of the society with varying capabilities and preferences to understand the theme and bring it out in their own unique way. Since VSET believes in not imposing its views and opinions, any person is free to choose the strategy preferred for implementation of the theme.

The different strategies are similar in respect of the theme delivered, but are very different as a process.

• On-field: VSET’s on-field facilitators implementing the theme in various schools  and institutions.
• Outreach: An institution’s facilitator implementing the theme in its own school or institution.
• Adaptation: A facilitator or an institution implementing the theme; not necessarily in-line with the guiding principles; however, utilizing the contents and the methodology of facilitation to deliver the programs.
• Volunteer: A person on their own contributes in any manner directly towards VSET or towards spreading the theme in their own way.
