The backbone of the VSET programs is the Knowledge Management. Knowledge Management (KM) enables the facilitators go about their programs. It provides the content and access to the Knowledge library which contains all the content or tools that have been collected from various sources (*Disclaimer below) since the inception of VSET i.e. since 2003. The knowledge of VSET comprises of various tools like:
But the base of any of the above tools is effective only if followed by an interaction among the participants. For the benefit of the facilitator, VSET has also complied and grouped some of the above and created 15 topics/ year or ‘modules’ standard-wise to enable a facilitator deliver the program with ease and without the constraint of going through the library to pick and choose any content.
However, the content provided in the modules is meant to provide only a basic background of the topics and not to direct the facilitator. The facilitator is meant to unleash his creativity in his own way and bring out the potential that is within him. There may be many more dimensions other than what is given in the modules that could ignite a thought-provoking interaction.
Every module is guided through a file called ‘Suggested agenda’. This file takes one into only some of the important files in the ‘Content’ folder with the help of links. The content folder may have some more options which the facilitator may or may not use. Also, each topic’s content is of different types like video, presentations, stories, situations etc. to make the journey less predictable and a more fun-learning experience.
A part of the "IndianConstitution-Chapter51A-FundamentalDuties" also brings in the dimensions that have been touched upon in our topics.
VSET is deeply grateful and expresses its unconditional gratitude towards various websites and sources which have freely provided various contents which has enabled VSET to implement its programs and touch the lives of many in the society. If you find any error in the contents, please do write to us at content@vset.org. Your valuable feedback and suggestions are what make our content dynamic.
