The main focus of VSET programs is students. The process for the implementation of the programs is such that it can be replicated anywhere and with anyone.
The process begins with transfer of knowledge or content from VSET to the facilitators. This is followed by their training or empowerment through the Facilitator Enablement Program (FEP) designed to prepare them for the implementation. After that, the facilitators go to various schools and introduce VSET to them. Any interested school's students will be grouped into groups of 40 each and the JoyClub programs are conducted with them followed by JoyCamp programs supplemented by programs for their teachers and parents. The whole process and method is evaluated based on which the knowledge and any other support are altered or strengthened.
The process is intended empower a facilitator with the content and any support that he needs and ensuring that the interactions with the students are in-line with the vision and mission of VSET. The process and delivery mechanism tries to ensure well-enabled facilitators, effective facilitation, joyful interaction and finally, the goodness being kindled in all.
