VSET believes in a non-teaching and non-preaching method called facilitation. Facilitation is merely enabling a discussion among the students. It encourages interactions which kindle love, creativity, freedom and inter-connectedness among its stakeholders including students, teachers, parents, school management etc. VSET has adopted a non–judgmental approach in these interactions. Facilitation is enables the participants to place their view in the discussion without being judged by the facilitator or the other participants. This process encourages a pleasant, introspective and a joyous self-learning experience.
