Facilitators are the people who finally touch and kindle each participant. For that to happen, a facilitator must be touched and kindled first. To ensure that the theme reaches the participants the VSET way, VSET enables them to experience the theme themselves so that they are motivated to convert the VSET vision and mission into reality.

FaciliatorEmpowermentProgram (FEP):

The FEP is intended to train the facilitators to deliver the programs to the target audience. This training too is done in line with the VSET methodology of facilitation; which the facilitator later adopts to deliver the programs to the participants. He gets a taste of the methodology VSET has adopted through his own training. He is given an opportunity to freely share his views on the same and enable VSET to do better facilitation.
